Our Story
This is VFF-Metal Processing's story. It all began in 2005 when a passionate mechanical engineer opened a small CNC machining shop in the suburbs of Kyiv, Ukraine. Through dedication and innovation, we have grown into a skilled team of engineers and machinists, operating from a state-of-the-art 22,000 sq. ft. facility with cutting-edge technology.
With a robust network of CNC machining partners, we specialize in producing custom parts of any complexity. Our expertise is backed by the expertise of technical SMEs, all of whom hold four-year University degrees in mechanical engineering. Our commitment to precision, quality, and efficiency ensures that we meet the highest industry standards, delivering superior results worldwide for clients.
Our CNC Machining Facility
Our CNC machining facility specializes in precision services, including CNC turning, milling, and wire EDM. With state-of-the-art Gildemeister CNC lathes and HAAS VF series machines, we produce custom metal and plastic parts for various industries such as electronics, automotive, and pharmaceuticals. Our advanced machining capabilities allow us to handle complex geometries, tight tolerances, and high production demands with ease.
In 2023, we proudly established a US-based customer support branch in St. Louis, dedicated to delivering our high-quality machining expertise and exceptional customer service. This expansion enables faster communication, streamlined logistics, and a more personalized approach for our North American clients.
